Our Warranty Promise

Buy with Confidence

Every piece of furniture that leaves FurnitureZone is covered by our 1-Year Warranty as standard — our way of backing the quality of what we sell and giving you real peace of mind with every purchase. From sofas to beds, wardrobes to dining chairs, most items in our range are protected against manufacturing faults for a full 12 months from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects — things like faulty mechanisms, structural issues, or materials that haven't performed as they should under normal household use. If something's gone wrong through no fault of your own, we'll sort it.

What's Not Covered

To keep things fair and transparent, our warranty doesn't cover:

  • Accidental damage (spills, tears, scratches, or impact damage caused after delivery)
  • General wear and tear — the natural, expected signs of everyday use over time, such as cushion settling, minor fabric fading, or gradual softening of foam

Furniture is built to be lived in, not kept in a showroom — so a little character over time is normal and expected. Our warranty is there for the things that shouldn't happen, not the natural side effects of enjoying your furniture every day.

A Quick Word on Sofas and Mattresses

Sofas get sat on. Mattresses get slept on. That's rather the point of them — and over time, it's completely normal for cushions and mattresses to soften and settle slightly as they get used to your shape rather than a showroom floor. Think of it as your furniture finally relaxing into the job, not breaking down on it.

If what you're noticing feels like ordinary, everyday settling, there's genuinely nothing to worry about — it's expected, and it's not a fault. But if something feels excessive, uneven, or just doesn't sit right compared to normal use, let us know. If it falls outside what's reasonable, we'll happily look at a replacement under warranty.

A Note on Our Budget Range

To help us keep prices as low as possible on our budget furniture lines, select items within these ranges are sold without a warranty. Where this applies, it'll always be clearly stated on the product listing before you buy — so you'll never be caught out, and you can shop with complete clarity on exactly what you're getting.

Every Claim, Looked at Properly

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all warranty decisions. Every claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, so you're never just a ticket number — you're getting an actual, considered look at your specific situation, so we can get you the best outcome and the right result, every time.

Why We Do It This Way

We'd rather be upfront about what our warranty covers than make vague promises we can't keep. Every item in our range is built with genuine materials and real construction quality — robust frames, supportive fillings, durable fabrics — specifically so that manufacturing faults are rare. Our warranty exists as a safety net, not a substitute for quality, which is the whole reason we're confident offering it on almost everything we sell.

Simple, When You Need It

If you ever do run into an issue covered under warranty, just get in touch with our team with your order details and a description of the problem, and we'll take it from there.

Buy once, buy well — and know we've got you covered, even if your sofa gets a little too comfortable with you.
